Our pediatricians and clinical staff are available for
urgent medical concerns after hours
and
will return emergency calls .
If you are uncomfortable with your child's symptoms, please call our main number (813) 655-7726. There may be a fee for after hours phone call. This fee will be waived if you are advised and see urgent or emergency care following your phone call. Before placing the call, please have the information below handy.
- Please take your child's temperature before calling. If your child is under 3 months of age, please take the temperature rectally.
- Try not to leave your phone after paging the doctor, and deactivate anonymous call blocking.
Have a pharmacy phone number ready should we need to call in a medication. Be sure the pharmacy is open at the hour that you are calling.
