Schedule An Appointment

To help provide timely service to our patients, we prefer to schedule all visits. If you are later than 10 minutes for your appointment, we will try to work you back into the schedule, or perhaps offer an appointment to you with another provider.

Out of courtesy to our other patients, we may be forced to ask you to reschedule your appointment.

  • Appointment Required

All visits require an appointment except in the case of an emergency. Unfortunately, we are unable to see your child if you walk in without an appointment. We will ask you to return later in the day when the schedule allows.

  • Sick Child Appointments

We make every effort to schedule same day sick appointments. Please call our office ahead of time so that we can minimize the time that you will spend waiting. If you have a medical emergency during office hours, we will do our best to see your child immediately or refer you to the appropriate facility.

  • Well Child Appointments

Regular check-ups are very important to help ensure your child's best possible physical and emotional health. We recommend that you call 1-2 months in advance so you may choose the date that best fits your needs. Our schedule is now open 13 months in advance to help make scheduling well visits easier. • Walk-In Visits

Patients who walk in with a non-emergency condition will be fit into the existing schedule as best as possible, or they will be asked to return later in the day when the schedule allows.

Our friendly Front Office team is available to schedule an appointment for you. The appointment phone line (813) 655-7726 opens at 9AM.

  • What to Bring to Your Appointment

All patients should bring the following to their appointments:

    • Insurance card
    • Recent immunization record
    • List of any and all medications being taken
